Our two-year curriculum allows cadets to be trained on various aspects of The Salvation Army Officership, from Pastor to Preacher, Youth Leader to Social Worker, and more.

Our program provides cadets with the essential resources to achieve their spiritual, academic, and leadership goals. From textbooks and equipment right through to tools of success.

After two years of training, Salvation Army Officers are sent to their initial appointment - the start of a fulfilling and meaningful journey where they will fulfill their calling to full-time ministry.
